We deploy a custom AI harness with more function than a typical chatbot. It is how the firm works — and how the files stay intact.

    More than a chatbot

    The harness is the working surface. It does not stop at a conversation. It can create files — drafts, contracts, and other work product — and write them where the admin allows: on the firm’s system, or on the managed Google Cloud Platform environment.

    Admin decides the reach

    File creation at the system or GCP level is a permission, not a default. The firm chooses what the harness may touch. That is part of the architecture, not an afterthought.

    Integrity is the point

    The harness is what guarantees data integrity. Records stay inside the environment we designed. The model is an instrument inside that boundary — not a place the files go to live.

    White-label when the build requires it

    For custom client builds, the harness can be delivered as a white-label deployment. The practice’s name, the practice’s surface — the same integrity underneath.
