The practice

A system, not a subscription.

We architect where the model lives, choose what runs, build the agents your practice actually needs, and teach both the model and the staff.

If a previous solution felt like a dead end01 / 04

If you already said no

You may have ruled this out.

Public chat felt too leaky. A local box felt too weak. So the firm stayed on email.

Tried

Public model

Too much leaves the room. The firm said no.

Tried

Local box

Not enough power. The firm said no.

Still open

Frontier, with a gate

Capability without sending the raw file.

Still open

Offline, with your sources

The box can be strong. It can still be useful.

Specified

One of those. Both. Or a third.

If a previous solution felt like a dead end, it was probably the product — not the job.

01

System architecture

Topology first. Purchase second.

We design how inference, storage, and access sit together before anyone purchases hardware or opens a cloud engagement. The question is where records live, who can reach them, and what the model is allowed to see.

Federated, here, means the model comes to the data. Nothing is sent to a public trainer. The system is data-resident by construction.

02

Deployment

Path A

On-Premise Hardware Solutions

For firms that want the system in the office. We recommend out-of-the-box NVIDIA, ASUS, or other widely available hardware — no specialized IT install for most clients.

A physical estimate is part of the engagement: what to acquire, and what it can run privately. The model stays with the records.

Path B

Managed Google Cloud Platform Solution

For firms that want the same discipline without owning hardware. We design and manage an isolated Google Cloud Platform environment. The model still comes to the records.

Same architectural standard. A different operating model.

03

Model curation

Choose and constrain.

Not every weight belongs in a practice. We select open and private models for the work, then constrain context, tools, and retention so the system cannot wander.

Fine-tuning, when it is warranted, stays in the environment we designed — LoRA and QLoRA adapters on your corpus, not a vendor’s shared pool.

04

Custom agents

Research swarms

Coordinated agents that read, compare, and draft against a closed corpus — matters, specs, or prior work — without leaving the environment.

Brief and PRD builders

Structured writers that follow your templates: issues lists, project requirements, decision memos. Form is part of the design.

Intake

Matter or project intake that captures what the firm already asks, in the order it already asks it, then files the result where it belongs.

These are examples. The agent is specified after we understand the practice — not sold from a catalog.

05

Language modules

The model should sound like the firm.

We design fine-tune and adapter modules on your terms, templates, and taste: how you name things, how you refuse work, how a finished draft looks.

The point is not a larger model. It is a smaller distance between the system’s output and something a partner would send.

06

Learning sessions

Sit with the people who will use it.

Systems that are not taught are shelved. We run learning sessions with the firm: what the environment is for, what it must never do, and how the daily work changes.

The engagement includes the teaching, not only the install.
